theIPInsight publishes periodically refreshed datasets containing publicly observable network information, including but not limited to: IP addresses, ports, protocol types, anonymity classifications, autonomous system (ASN) and organization data, and flags indicating association with TOR exit nodes, VPN ranges, or similar publicly known IP categorizations.
Data is compiled from publicly available sources and our own active verification process. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued functionality of any IP address, proxy, or service listed.
You agree that you will not use the Service or any data obtained from it to:

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATASETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any proxy, IP address, or classification listed will remain active, accurate, or functional at the time you access it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, theIPInsight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any data obtained from it — including any consequences arising from your use of third-party IP addresses, proxies, or networks listed in our datasets.
To access datasets, you provide an email address and confirm it via a link we send you. This link grants ongoing access to published snapshots. You are responsible for keeping this link confidential — do not share it publicly, as it is tied to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these Terms, engaging in abusive behavior toward the Service, or attempting to redistribute data in violation of Section 2.
The Service is currently offered free of charge during an early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, change the refresh frequency, modify dataset contents, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Our datasets are compiled in part from publicly available third-party sources (including open proxy lists, TOR exit node lists, VPN range lists, BGP/ASN registries, and PeeringDB). We do not claim ownership of the underlying third-party data and make no representations regarding the accuracy or licensing terms of those original sources.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction when using the Service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to authorize any activity that is unlawful where you are located.
